When will I get my passport back?

You will be notified by email and SMS when your passport is ready for pickup.
Notification messages will be sent to the contact information you provided while registering. Your documents will be available at the location you selected when you registered at SLS Embassy Services. Do not come to the office if you have not received an email and/or SMS to that your documents are ready for pickup.

How do I pick up my own passport?

To collect your own passport, you must present a valid government- issued photo ID (NO copies).

Can someone pick up my passport on my behalf?

Yes, but the representative MUST have the following documents:

A representative collecting the passport(s) of person(s) 18 years and older must present:
- The representative’s valid government-issued photo ID .
- A copy of the passport holder’s valid government-issued photo ID.
- An authorization letter signed by the passport holder. You must use this authorization letter.
A parent collecting the passport(s) of their under age 18 child/children must present:
- The parent’s valid government-issue photo ID.
- A copy of the family book or birth certificate for each passport holder.
- An authorization letter signed by the father. You must use this authorization letter.
A representative collecting the passport(s) of person(s) under 18 years old must present:
- The representative’s valid government-issued photo ID .
- A copy of the parents’ valid government-issued photo ID
- An authorization letter signed and notarized by the father
- A notarized authorization letter signed by the passport holder’s father.

Please note the following:

Lebanese law governs rules for picking up of passports for children under age 18.
In case of divorce between the father and the mother, the passport will be delivered to the legal guardian or the custodian appointed by the competent court, with a letter of authorization and consent of the other party (father or mother)
In case of death of the father, the passport will be delivered to the surviving legal guardian, or to the guardian chosen or appointed by the competent court.

Note: Without all required documents, you will not be able to collect your passport.
